Howdy! I am currently looking to sublease 1 room in a 4 bed, 4 baths with the Arlington floorplan. The lease is currently set at a rate of $665/mo. However, I had a signing deal when I signed the lease in November that brings the rent down to $545/mo. In addition, I will pay $45 off of rent each month will bring your rent down to $500/mo. This is a 12-month lease agreement. When I spoke to a leasing agent, she said the rates currently are $715 for a person currently leasing. so this is definitely a great offer. Northpoint Crossing is arguably the best location for college students with the bus system routing through their apartments, and near all of the major CSTAT must go to's. If the rent is still too high, I am certainly willing to pay more so that the rent is a cheaper amount. Also, the current roommates are guys. If you are a girl and want to room with only girls, the North Point leasing agent said they can accommodate you for free until the lease starts. I am currently enrolled at a different college next fall so I am desperately trying to give this lease to someone and will be willing to pay more off the rent each month if that is what it takes!!
