Has large open floor plan, largest 1 bedroom plan available. Has central air conditioning and heat, dish washer, double sink, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and panty. Large bedroom with walk-in closet, no lack of space. Full size washer and dryer included. Balcony overlooks the woods. Community has workout center, game center, and large swimming pool. Electric and Water usage charges for me are about $90-100 monthly. There is a $300 sublease fee, which I will pay so you do not have to. I am in need to move back home for health reasons.
