The apartment consists of four bedrooms and is one of the newly furnished apartments at THRIVE (The Gateway) with new carpeting, new furniture (fully-furnished), and a washer & dryer already installed. I currently have three roommates who are very easy to get along with and are more than happy to help with the general up-keep of the apartment. The room that I will be sub-leasing itself is in great condition and comes with a private bathroom. Parking is free. In addition, if you will be studying at Tech for the summer, THRIVE has a direct bus route from the complex to the Rawls College of Business that runs every 12 minutes
