Our apartment complex has all the luxury amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, gated, community events). Some things that we really love about our apartment is that is is very bright, cozy and in the perfect location within a small apartment community. You would have to be approved by the leasing office staff. NO DEPOSIT NECESSARY. Our lease ends on June, 30 2018 but we will be moving out March 15 or earlier (We are flexible). We pay $1110/month--If you are approved by the leasing office, and move in by March 15. We will pay you an incentive of $850. Which would make your rent only $867/month.
