I'm trying to sublease my apartment, State on Campus. Studio apartment, really nice but I found another place I like a little more. If anyone needs a studio apartment, I can move out anytime and sign the lease over. State on Campus includes a 60 person hot tub, state of the art fitness center, high tech business center, and outdoor grilling/gaming area including a fire pit. A stunning amenity package and the ability to walk to campus will ensure a wonderful living experience. Amenities: Study lounge (including free computer usage and printing) Meeting Rooms Rec Room (including TVs, coffee station, and a pool table) Gym Garage Parking (separate for residents and guests) Enhanced security (scanners to get into building) Large hot tub and barbecue area All utilities including cable and internet, included. No cap on utilities. Rent every month is $950. The security deposit is $500. I'm willing to negotiate the security deposit (helping pay it/paying it) I know that seems pricey, but most decent places in Morgantown run from ~ $650 - $800, then if you add in electricity, cable, water, etc. (and they allow free printing so students save a ton on ink) it isn't that bad.
