Hi, I'm posting this hoping to find someone to sublet my apartment starting in January or any time later and will end in May next year. However, the lease can be continued anytime if you want. The apartment is located in Olentangy Commons, http://www.olentangycommons.com/Location.aspx, very convenient place and also pet-friendly, just 15 minutes away from OSU campus. Amenities nearby include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facility, dog park, basketball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and so on. Summer pool party (every Sunday) is absolutely a nice occasion to have some real fun. My apartment has 710ft squares: A very spacious bedroom WITH a walk-in closet and a big closet; a large living room, a big kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. I'm subletting because I'm leaving Columbus. I have already paid the deposit and insurance for you. What's more, you can also have my furnitures such as queen size bed, dining table with chairs and many other things (shown in picture) if you want.
