I am looking for someone to take over a lease for my single room in a 4 bed 2 bath house beginning January 1st until May 15th. After May 15th, you have the option to renew the lease. The house is located 2 blocks south of campus along Illinois Street. Walk to anywhere on campus within 10 minutes. There are 3 other room mates that are very clean and friendly. There is one female and two males who are either working full time or enrolled in a graduate program. The house features a large back yard and 4 car garage. Lots of general living space that is already furnished, garden, large living and dining room, plenty of on-street parking, and close to everything Golden has to offer.
