Senior woman looking for same, but willing to consider any adult who is stable and dependable. I have a townhome-style apartment, about 1200 sf, detached garage for storage or car, and assigned parking. It has a semi-private backyard and patio. You would have the master bedroom, which is 20x13. I don't want a heavy drinker. Social drinking is fine, A significant other visiting and an occasional sleepover are fine. I just want someone dependable, respectful, clean and not allergic to helping keep the place picked up and clear, and who knows how to be an adult. I can't stress enough how much I hate drama! You won't get any from me, This is transitioning to a non-smoking community as leases renew if that is an issue for you. I have 2 dogs, larger, older, and very well behaved, so that's the pet limit. I don't want to live with small children but would consider a couple. I don't care about gender. It is furnished, except your bedroom, but there is a lot of storage room and I'm willing to try to work your things in. The rent is $825, plus split utilities, but I have a little wiggle room to negotiate. If we are a good fit, I would be open to finding a house or another place after 1 lease cycle. There is a small freezer in the garage that I share.
