We're looking for someone to take over the lease at the start of August, September, or an agreed upon date. The lease ends on may 11th 2018. The apartment is at 102 3rd street, Morgantown, WV. The rent is 550 for each person (two residents), utilities are separate, which usually are around 110 each. It's a 8 minute walk to campus. Cats are ok but dogs are by the landlords and our discretion. Its a 2 bedroom and 1 bath. It comes with two parking passes. We are looking to sub-lease the apartment because we got job offers in other areas and would like to accept those offers. It is right beside Ashebrooke liquor outlet, close the the university place Sheetz and the Rail Trail. Cats are ok but dogs are by the landlords and our discretion. The place is unfurnished.
