I am looking to sublet my large bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment in Brighton. The rent is $775 plus electric (varies each month but about $20) and cable/internet (about $25). I want someone to take up the rest of my lease from March 1st through the end of August. Unfortunately, there is no option to renew. Your Room: The room for rent is the biggest in the apartment (approximately 13X13). It has two large windows, a large closet, and direct access to an additional room (16 X 8) in the back of the apartment, which I currently use for storage. The room will not be furnished. Also, you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Apartment: The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished, as we have lived here for a year and a half already, but feel free to bring your own furniture to add to the common areas. The other roommates are all in grad school at Boston College, so students and young professionals are more than welcome to apply. There is a large living area with a big screen TV, couches, and chairs. The kitchen is a decent size with a fridge/freezer and stove that all work perfectly. The apartment also has free off-street parking (one tandem spot behind the building). The Neighborhood: Very quiet part of Brighton and conveniently located. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the shops in Cleveland Circle. Also you will be walking distance to the T (B, C, and D lines) and a block away from the BC shuttle's South Street stop.
