This can be done with one lease (for a family $810 monthly plus electric), or on two separate leases ($405 monthly plus electric) if you only wish to lease one room or if you have a friend that you would like to move in with. We are looking to move right after finals week (December 19th), so the rest of December's rent would be included. Very nice apartments. Hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, 24 hour maintenance, gated, swimming pool, pets welcome (with a fee), rather quiet for a college town, great location, on KU bus route, Down the street from campus.
