Hey everyone! I am in desperate need to sublease my apartment ASAP. I have the cheapest rent at the complex and one of the cheapest in Huntsville! Rent is only $365/month plus around $10 for water. Cable and internet is included, as well as a gym, pool, pool table, tanning booth, basketball court, and volleyball court. The apartment is a 4-bedroom with 3 other guys. Electricity is paid to one of the roommates who has the electricity in his name. The living room is furnished with a couch, cushioned chair, dining room table, and coffee table. The balcony sits right off of the living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, and double sink. There is a washer and dryer in apartment already. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and nightstand. Has a nice sized private bathroom with a large walk in closet. Parking is easy and numerous, with covered parking available. There is also a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes to campus for students who want to save money by avoiding parking passes or circling the lots for hours! I really need to be out of here by October 1 so looking to move on this ASAP. If you're interested or have any questions please contact me!
