The only way out is to sublease which is where - hopefully - YOU come in! This is an individual lease for one of four bedrooms. You get your own private bathroom with locks on the doors. It's in a safe neighborhood and a great area for shopping of almost any kind (right across the street from Butler Plaza and an exit away from the Oaks Mall) There's a new dog park that was just put in, a great pool, awesome apartment complex events and activities. Basketball courts, volleyball courts AND it's right on the bus route to UF and Santa Fe campus. Bam. What more could you ask for? Campus Club is also offering to waive your $250 move in fee. Guess what?! If you take my apartment, I'll give you the SAME DEAL!! There's three other girls who also already signed their lease and they have requested that their final roommate be a female so the apartment complex is making me make sure that my subleaser is a female.
