I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom to finish out my lease this summer. You would get your own private bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, extra long full-size bed, dresser, night stand, built-in desk, walk-in closet, and carpeting. The kitchen area is shared, which includes modern cabinets, a built-in microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The living space is also shared, which includes a TV and furnishing. It is likely you would live in the apartment alone. Price is negotiable. The complex has a main clubhouse in the center, which has a swimming pool and 3 hot tubs, 24-hour fitness center, free tanning salon, private movie theater, 24-hour computer lab, basketball court, sand volleyball court, outdoor grilling area, and game room with a pool table, foosball, and a flat screen TV. There is a shuttle that comes every twenty minutes that takes you from the apartment complex to the center of campus outside of the new student center. The shuttle runs all day and also runs late on the weekends, taking you to downtown oxford.
