I am looking for sublet for my apartment. The lease starts July 1, 2014 and ends May 20, 2015. If you want to only sign the lease for the fall, I would be okay with that also. Summer rent (if you choose to start the lease then) is $600 -The landlord said you can move in early depending on when they get it cleaned. Each semester rent is $2400 - It will be cheaper if you can find more roommates who aren't on the lease. The landlord pays for gas, heat, sewer/water, hot water, trash, cable, and internet. Also included in rent is a parking space. The apartment is on the second floor and is close to campus! It is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. It has a large living room and a new dishwasher. I am looking for a sublet because I will be transferring schools next year. There is one girl on the lease and she has a large dog, so you must be okay with dogs.
