I am looking for someone who wants to sublet over the lease for the remaining 6 months starting March 1,2014. Rental rate = $585 rent per month + $100 Utility fee............that includes water, electricity, basic cable. Floor plan shown is that of the unit you would be subletting. The advantages would be as follows: -1- The lease is at the 12 month rental rate but you only need to sign up for the remainder of the lease which is only approximately 6 months. End Date: September 15,2014 -2- I can leave some items if you request such as the bed that is in the unit. King Sized. Cookware also. I have a nice table for computers. -3- Apartment is wired for both Charter and UVerse(ATT) internet. -4- I will be leaving before the end of February so you will get a little free rent time to move in
