I don't want to move out of this apartment... I've really enjoyed my living arrangement here but I need to save money this semester. Its a 1447 sq ft. 4BR 4 BA apartment. All 3 roommates are seniors in PT/Athletic training/Animal science. Very quiet guys. The complex is a high rise building with a rooftop pool located 1 block from campus so you can walk or ride your bike. My balcony is a pool view and my bedroom and bathroom is the bigger of the 4 bedrooms which is $10 extra a month but its already in the lease. Free Cable/Internet/Wifi, Cat5 port in each bedroom, Washer/Dryer, pretty big bathroom, mounted TV in the living room, 2 couches, wood flooring in living room, ceiling fan, and new carpet layed in my bedroom in August. All you have to pay for is water and electricity which is about 40 a month. The front office always has free drinks/chips, cookies made every morning, and free coffee at all times. Also a 24/7 gym and 24/7 study room with 2 mac desktops. Also the complex is gated, you get your own parking spot, all walkways are covered from rain, and there is 2 elevators. It takes me about 4-5 minutes to ride my bike to any class. Rent is $645 a month but it comes with A LOT of stuff, especially the location. The pictures shown are off of the northgate website but my balcony is visible in the pool picture and my bedroom is the one visible in the kitchen picture
