Starting January 1st there will be a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment available for Sub-lease in North western Fort Collins. My fianc got accepted into a college program in Denver recently, which mean that we will need to give up our lease, 6 months into a 12 months lease (lease concludes June 1st). Looking for a responsible individual to take over the lease for the remainder of the time and if desired, renew the lease with the apartment complex. We are located 2.5 miles east of downtown Fort Collins and 3 miles away from CSU's campus. Our complex is family and pet friendly and does provide more than your usual amenities, such as: Clubhouse with free resident Wi-Fi Business center with computers and free printer Resort-style heated swimming pool and sundeck Basketball Court Children's play area Resident fitness center Easy access to public transportation Free shuttle to campus for any CSU student On-site laundry facility Pool table and lounge Picnic area with barbecues Copy and Fax Services Enclosed dog park 24-hour emergency maintenance Package receiving Professional maintenance and management teams Ample parking is available We really do love this apartment and the management company that runs it; they go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their residents. As of right now the apartment it rated for $821 a month (This includes ALL utilities but it does not include pets). This price we cannot guarantee since it is up to the discretion of the property management, I just want to give you a ballpark figure. There is a $35 application fee and please do not bother if you have ANY felonies, evictions, or vicious breeds of dogs. In addition, if an agreement is made and you are to take over our lease, I will make myself available when you move in and when the current lease is up to help clean the apartment (including washing the carpet) to make your move in/out easier.
