I am a 51 year old female looking for a roomate who would like to share a home with me. Pet friendly. Has no problem with family or friends that come to visit from time to time. My requests are a clean, safe trusting environment. A roomate with a good attitude who respects others personal property and personal space, as well as has no problem with a background check. Rent being no more then $1,000. Which would be no more then $500.00 each a month. A 10 to 12 month lease agreement, and able to move as soon as the right home is found.
