Looking for rental property for myself and my 2 1/2 yr old WELL BEHAVED mini-Aussie. I'm retired (young 64) and have a small online jewelry biz to supplement my fixed income. I'm a very private person. I'm quiet and don't want any loud or obnoxious activity. Since I'm on a fixed budget I also get many benefits for food and other items to share so I would really be contributing more than the $450 for rent. I'm straight forward, neat and do not smoke and I can't be in a home with a smoker.
