Available August 01, 2020 Utilities included with rent: Electric, Water, Dish Network, High Speed Internet. One male 46 and female 32 couple looking for a real room mate..someone we can come to call house family. I would first like to say Craigslist is wild and everybody crawls outta the wood works. No camping in my backyard, No sleeping out front, No Work for Rent, No I'm unemployed, No, No,NO! I find it absolutely insane what people will say or ask for on CL. People demanding things to live in our homes? Straight comical! These are some funny ones I heard! Need a place for my RV- Bro you got an RV and the room is smaller regardless of having your own bathroom and the full house priveleges, and you want to park your RV? Go park on a street elsewhere, looks like you need a home...Don't demand be humble! I got a family/pets looking for one room for 600. Really? LMAO! The Digs: 3 bedroom house, 2 bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage (We don't park our cars in the garage, half is taken up by a boat and other half is a man cave but there is plenty of parking in front of the house) Nice neighborhood (Rock Creek in Rocklin) that is quiet and plenty of schools and shopping/entertainment near by. 1 pet rat that does roll around a couple times a week in a hamster ball (hes fat) and 1 large yellow 10 year old lab thats allowed inside and outside priveleges and loves everyone (Don't let the age fool you, hes still as hyper as the day we got him, but does know the rules and know how to listen (mostly)). Great dog everyone and every other dog loves. The renter will have a room to themselves, a closet in the room(not a slider but the size of a small cubicle), a bathroom to themselves (except if one of us or you have company because its the main bathroom in house, we don't have a lot of company most nights (its just us two), the coat closet if they need extra storage, half the cupboards in the hallway (3 shelves), a cupboard in kitchen and shelf space in the refrigerator, full access to entire house except the two private bedrooms. Living room has nice big screen with netflix/other capabilities you can use, and its open most of the time. Smokers(outside or in garage no smoking cigs in house) 420 and drinkers are perfectly okay as we do both as well. Must be responible drinkers, drunk idiots will not be tolerated. Not looking for any more animals, though. A reasonable friendly dog we will consider). No Cats, we got nothing against them but my dog will treat then like dog treats! He loves other dogs so again we could consider it (However, if theres a 4-legger there is a deposit (for possible damages) which we can discuss if and what the amount will be when and if you come to see our place). A few things to keep in mind....we are clean people...that clean up after ourselves...if your the type that can't flush and leaves huge shits in the toilet...your out....if your going to leave your dishes in the sink and a mess all over the counter your out neither of us is your mommy. No couples but if you do have a BF/GF their more then welcome to come over but they will not sleep over all the time. This will not be tolerated Trust me when I say we will not be taken advantage of in anyway. You will have all the freedom you want but this is not a hang out party pad what so ever. We just want a normal responsible roomy who will help out around the house be respectful and clean after themselves. Pretty simple. So if this sounds like what your looking for then hit us up we can talk and see where things go.
