I am looking for a roommate for at least six months. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1100 sq ft apartment in Miramar Beach that is walking distance to Grand Boulevard. The location is great !! I just moved to this area and am finding out just expensive this area is and need someone to split the rent and bills with. I have a 3 year old son that is with me on Wednesday s and every other weekend. Having experience with children is a must ! I am leaning more toward a female roommate because of the child aspect. My son means everything to me so please be aware that there will be a background check for security. The apartment has a 24 hour gym, pool, laundry , and the best location in Miramar Beach as far as I m concerned. We will have to meet and discuss further details, but the room + utilities is $ 700 total a month. If you work at Sacred Heart or somewhere close to Miramar Beach you couldn t ask for a better location. I am a 35 yr old male from Georgia.
