I am an adult male who is looking to move. I am employed and a college student. I work for Manheim Township and I attend school at HACC Lancaster and York campuses. I am drug and disease free. I do not smoke ANYTHING. I am very clean, quiet and respectful. I have no pets. I am a very private person. I do not like or create drama/trouble of any kind. I am in a very healthy and serious relationship. I am looking for a place preferably in Columbia, PA or as close as possible as my significant other lives there. I am seeking either a room for rent with the ability to have my privacy and a visitor/overnight guest or a very cheap efficiency/1 bedroom. The only visitor I would have is my fiancee' as she has her own place. I would like to move as soon as reasonably possible. I am looking to pay $100 - $125 a week. If at all possible, it would help me greatly to get the first two weeks(room for rent) to a month(1 bedroom/efficiency) free. If not, maybe we can come to some kind of agreement. I hope someone will help me to move my life closer to hers.
