I recently relocated to Troy, OH for a new job and have rented a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The apartment is located on Henley Road in Troy. The total rent is $600. The utilities viz. heat, water, sewer, trash are all included in the rent. Electricity would be extra. The apartment is located close to all major shops and banks. I am moving in this week and looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom (approx. 300 sq.ft including a big closet). I will be taking the smaller bedroom (approx. 150 sq.ft). You are free to occupy the entire living room as well (approx. 250 sq.ft) Most of my stuff would be limited to my room. The rent would be split as $400 (master bedroom) / $200 (my bedroom) and the electricity would be split equally. The apartment has laundry in the building and parking space. It requires a 12 month initial lease and then it can be extended month to month. You can also leave before the lease ends as long as you can find someone to takeover the lease. The total security deposit is $400 ($200 for you and $200 for me) and is refundable at the end of the lease/move out. About me - I am friendly, very clean, don't smoke/drink/party, don't have pets and don't have a gender preference.
