Hi I'm looking for a roommate to rent one bedroom in my three bedroom house. Laundry facilities and room is semi furnished you just need a bed,dresser use included in rent plus large mirror and bookcase included,also oriental throw rug and sf 49 ERs rug included in room .Room faces the street and is in a sunny location.neighborhood is nice and quiet a d I'm looking for a quiet person that has no drama in their life.smoking is ok in or out,theres off street parking .I have a few cats and one dog so that's enough animals. House has central air and heating and I have a fireplace in the living room that we use.Rent is 500 a month ,two months rent paid prior to move in . Half of the utilities are also your responsibility about 75 to 100 a month it depends on how much is used. I have a small space in garage for extra storage for you included in rent .no internet or cable TV sorry,but you can get a clear TV antenna and get 35 to 40 channels like I do.
