We are looking for a roommate for our home in Templeton. $700 +/- per month. We are two working professionals in our mid twenties. We are both active, like sports, and work a lot. We both are laid back and love people. It is not necessary, but we would love to become friends with our new roommate. We really would love to find a roommate that vibes with us. We do not like to be strangers with our roommate -- lets be friends! We will not be accepting any more pets simply because we already have dogs. Though a fish or two would be fine! The home is walking distance to downtown Templeton and has easy access to the freeway. The two car attached garage also has built in storage and laundry. The back yard is amazing. There are fruit trees and a raised garden bed. There is also a cement dog yard to keep our dogs separate from future outdoor activities like BBQ's, Corn hole, Badminton -- you name it! We are looking forward to hearing from you soon! We don't mind if you are a girl or a boy, but we are hoping to keep the ages between 20 and 36. Of course that is negotiable too. Our move in date is estimated to be December 4th, so let's chat before then if possible! Pictures Available on Request.
