I am looking for someone or a family who can benefit from having an extra couple hundred dollars a month. I just need somewhere in Emporia or a surrounding city where I can stay when I work late and for when the snow is too heavy for me to drive back to Richmond during the winter. Im expecting to be in the room about 1-4 nights a month. Because I don't plan to actually live in the rented room, I do not need full access to the kitchen. However, I do expect for the room to remain untouched in my absense. To tell you a little about myself, I am a black 22 year old female. I'm pretty neat and easy to get along with. I live in Chesterfield and do not mind the commute to Emporia on a daily basis, however I know that realistically there will be days hen I am too tired to drive home or days in the winter when the roads are too risky for the commute.
