I am subleasing a room in my 4 bedroom cottage located in The Cottages of Columbia for Summer 2016. The Cottages is a private gated community, so if you like peaceful neighborhoods this is the place for you! As of right now, the three other rooms will be vacant for the summer. My rent is typically $615 per month including all utilities (cable, water, electricity, etc.) and there are NO OVERAGES. The cottage is extremely spacious and is fully furnished including a washer and dryer. The bedroom is large and furnished with its own private bathroom. The complex is about 3-4 miles away from campus and it typically takes less than ten minutes to get there by vehicle. It is also conveniently located less than a mile away from several grocery stores and restaurants. There is a tanning bed, a full gym, a pool, and a computer lab with free printing. Pets are allowed and there is plenty of parking space for friends and family. Please let me know if you are interested or would like to see any pictures!
