I am the owner, but do not live at the rental. There is currently a female tenant, age 60+, looking for a female housemate. Available to rent is either the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private master bathroom OR two smaller bedrooms, two closets and a private full bathroom. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in home. Utilities will be split 50/50. The home is currently unfurnished with exception of a kitchen table & chairs, dishes, and I can provide a flat screen tv and some bookcases. No pets or kids. Rent $600/mo, $400 deposit, would like at least a 6 month agreement, but negotiable.
