1st Floor, corner apt. Small, but nice for 1 person. Large closet. Maintenance folks are nice and timely should you have any issues, and the front office ladies are very nice folks. Area is safe and I've never felt unsafe walking to my car or to the office, pool, etc. Apt is located in far corner of development so parking has never been an issue. Quiet neighbors--I've never had a noise issue. Only drawbacks to apt are no dishwasher, and no inside washer/dryer (however the laundry facility is very close by) I've lived here for a year, and just signed a new 1 yr lease (ends in July '15) but am planning on moving in to larger apt ASAP. 6 min drive to TSTC 10 min drive to MCC and BU Located right by I-35 (however highway noise has never been an issue)
