looking to sublease my room in a 4x4 apartment at town lake apartment (1109 pleasant valley, 78741). this is a student living apartment in which you would have your own bedroom and own bathroom. kitchen and living room are shared with 3 other girls (you must also be a girl). bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, desk, and dresser and has a plug in to high speed internet. rent is 445 a month which includes internet, cable, and water. other bills-electric and gas are split and are usually 30-40 a month per person. location in on many bus routes:300, 320, 411, 672 and less than half a mile is the 20 and 7. there is an heb just down the street and many stores nearby. a one time $200 resident replacement fee is required which i am willing to split with you. what you need: to show proof you are a student, a person to be your cosigner- you will either need them to come with you or have their paperwork notarized, fill out the rental agreement at the office. the lease is until august 8, 2015. after everything is submitted it usually takes 2 weeks for everything to go through, i'd prefer for the paperwork to be submitted asap since i'm looking to move by october.
