I'm looking for someone to sublease my room from July 1st-August 31st on Stenner St. It's a 2 story apartment with 2 other tenants living in it (they are both very calm and relaxed, one of which is going to be gone a majority of the summer). There's also an incredibly sweet cat, a patio, a balcony, a good-sized kitchen, your own bathroom, and a blue-ray system. The room will cost you 650$/mo + a 650$ deposit fee that you will receive back if you treat the place with care. Only restrictions include: must be a Cal Poly/Cuesta student and no smoking. It's a great place for a great price and it would help me immensely if I could get someone to sublet it over the summer. I won't be moving back into the place until mid September at the earliest, so if you would like to sublease the room for a couple weeks into Sept, we can make that work.
