I'm a student from Suffolk University that is moving to New York. This is for a spacious room in Allston. With already three roommates occupying the apartment, I will be leaving right after graduation. I will be leaving on May 19th and the room is available from then on till September. A summer sublet is a huge need though. I currently live with three other girls that are a ton of fun to live with. This apartment is right between Grigg St. and Allston St. stop on the Boston college line on the green line. It's walking distance from Harvard avenue which is home to many fun and exciting things to do on the weekend. It's a clean and spacious apartment on the first floor. We have had the apartment checked for bugs and mice with no problems. Heating and hot water is included within the rent and the only thing extra you'd have to pay for is Cable and electricity which comes to around $26 a month. When we first moved in we cleaned the entire apartment from head to toe and have continued to do so. The room itself: You'd have your own room with two windows making it a very welcoming atmosphere. There is a huge closet in the room. There are hard wood floors which make it easy to clean. It will come unfurnished because my bed must come with me.
