I am looking for a subletter for my room for the summer (June, July and August) in a three bedroom unit in Hyde Park. My two roommates (one female and one male) will be living there over the summer and are both graduate students. One of them will be working on her dissertation. We are therefore looking for someone quiet and respectful. I think the best fit will be someone who is in Austin for a summer internship or summer school. Of course, if you're here for another reason but are looking for a quiet environment, please inquire! About the neighborhood: Hyde Park is a quiet neighborhood North of the UT campus. Many graduate students and young professors live in this area. My apartment is right on the 7 bus line about a 12-15 minute ride to the UT campus. We are also near several other buslines that can take you straight to Central Market or HEB. About the unit: This is a three bedroom/two bath unit with washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is a comfortable living room/kitchen area with couches and dining room table. My room has a queen side bed, desk, bookcase and large closet. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who will be here most of the summer. However, if you're looking for something shorter, that's also a possibility.
