LOCATED ON THE SAME STREET AS SHAWS. 20 min walk to Whole Foods (Brookline) and Trader Joe's. 25 min walk to Coolidge Corner. 5-10 min walk to Harvard Ave/Brighton Ave intersection. EXTREMELY CLOSE TO BU. The building is fairly quiet and very well maintained by the management (Micozzi Management). Dishwasher and garbage disposal in apartment. Laundry is in the basement easily accessible from the apartment.
