Hello I have a few rooms available I would like to rent out. Ages 25-33 preferred. Straight males only. There are two larger rooms upstairs that share a bath. One of the two has a walk in. The room downstairs has it's own full bath. Each room is 600$ plus a 600$ deposit. The house is located in Las Sendas. I and my girlfriend have the master. We are both active, outgoing and are always on the go. The views are fantastic and the pool and spa are a great compliment. We like to BBQ with a few friends over. We hope our roommates feel the same. The garage fits 3 cars but will be an additional 25$ a month if you would like to claim your spot. Utilities will be split evenly between All roommates so this will be a low rate. A few requirements are No Smoking, pets or children.
