Hello my name is Richard. I am a 35 year old male with a good education. I am looking for a roommate to share my house with. It is a nice house in a quiet location. You will have access to the whole house, washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and all my cooking utensils. The room is roughly 11 by 13 feet and has a greenish bluish paint job. You are free to paint the room a different color as long as its not to extreme. I have about a half acre of land and the back of the house is fenced in with a really big back yard. I have a fire-pit, and a picnic table under a tented gazebo. The rent is $575 for one person or $625 for a couple plus half of utilities which include; electric, garbage and liquid propane. The propane is only used to heat the house so it wont be an issue for the summer. I do require a deposit equal to the rent in case you move out without a months notice. The deposit can be split up into weekly payments if need be. I know what it is like to try and come up with all the money up front and I don't want to hurt someone financially in order for them to have a nice place to live. The lease will be month to month. If you have any furniture your welcome to use it at the house. I really don't have any room for extra storage though. I do have an extra shed but I would have to clean it out. Text or call.
