I am subleasing my wonderful apartment that has views of Millenium Park and the Lake. I would completely stay because the rent is so cheap compared to everywhere else around here but my condo is ready for me to move in and I cant afford 2 rents. My apt is 1BR/1Bath, unfurnished, open kitchen, new granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wooden floors, faces the east (so quiet), plenty of closet space, I think its between 700 square feet. Pics are below (please excuse the mess ). The sublease would be from 4/1/2014 to 8/31/2014 and then you could renew the lease if you wanted to. Rent is $1,595 per month. The building is Millenium Park Plaza so you can google it for building pictures. The buildings amenities- 24 hour fitness center, business lounge, indoor pool, sundeck rooftop & 24 hour door men are all included in your rent, as well as water, internet, cable, and trash. The one bill you ll need to pay is electric, which consists of air & heat. If parking is needed, it is additional $239 per month located under our building in the 24 hour valet garage. If you d like to apply for a unit, there is only a $40 application fee & first month s rent due upfront no security deposit or move-in fee. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit.
