I am moving to NYC and so my bedroom is available from April 1st to September 1st. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet, one way street. The bedroom is ~10x12 feet, and rent is $916/month + utilities & cable/internet. The apartment was renovated in October 2013 with completely redone bathroom, kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, disposal, and microwave), brand new coin op washer and dryer in basement, and polished floors. There is also a driveway for off-street parking. It is in an extremely convenient location - 10 minute walk to both Porter and Davis Squares for shops, restaurants, subway/commuter rail, grocery stores, etc. My two other roommates will still be living in the apartment and are male young professionals working in the Boston area. The apartment will come with a couch, tv, kitchen table and some kitchen items and utensils. We are all good friends and so I am hoping to find a new roommate to sublet who is friendly and interested in meeting new people!
