Hello potential housemates of the future, I live off of Guadalupe, a few blocks away from campus within walking distance of a coffee shop and a few grocery stores. I am looking to fill a room in this great little house. It's a really nice place for grad students or young professionals. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and also right on a main bus line. It is a great little house with a big backyard with fire pit and storage shed, wood floors, washer and dryer, new appliances, and tall gorgeous windows with lots of light. About the room: This is a private room available ASAP. Rent on this is $750 + utilities. It is a nice-sized room with two windows, closet, and wall shelving. You should know: I have a charming cat and dog. They have both lived with other animals and are fine. I would say the cat tolerates other animals but, she's a cat so, that's decent enough. Also, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. When I asked a previous housemates what future housemates should know about me, they said this: "That you're fun-loving and 100% willing to feed any wildlife that might wander into the backyard." "I remember you were very mellow and easy going as a roommate. " "I suppose a potential housemate would probably want to know that you aren't a neat freak.
