Each bedroom comes with it's own private bathroom, 2 cabinets, a reading desk, ceiling fans and lamp, and each resident has his/her own private mailbox individually. Common area comes with all appliances including a large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, 1 floor lamp, leather sofa, microwave. . .etc. Free air-condition filter every month. The reason is I got a job in Orlando and my friend is planning to raise a puppy that is not allowed in this community.
