Reveille Ranch Rent is per bedroom. You get your own bathroom. The room comes with a dresser, desk with chair, side table and a full bed. The living room has a couch, coffee table, eating table and a TV on an entertainment stand. There is a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in the apartment There is a table and chairs on the balcony as well. Its a furnished apartment Its located by a basketball court, near a dumpster for trash convenience and the mailboxes. Its not far from anything you may want to do. There is a bus route and if you drive to campus it is like 2 minutes away Not far from HEB, Walmart, Northgate, movie theater, etc.. The pool is a big nice size. There is a computer lab with printers and study room in the clubhouse of the apartment..which is walking distance from the apartment building ***If you are wanting to view the apartment, let me know as soon as possible. If you like what you see, then we can begin the paperwork process; the sooner the paperwork is filled out, then the sooner you can move in*** Included in the monthly rent will be everything (water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, etc.) except electricity. The most I have paid on my own without a roommate was $30. But since it is a 2 bedroom and you will have a roommate, the electricity bill will always be split in half. Also, since I move out this week, if become interested in the apartment and want to sign before I move out, I will leave my router and codes so that the apartment can be wifi; without a router, you will need an ethernet chord to plug into the wall for internet access. ***Email me for more information***
