We are moving out of this apartment into a house. Our lease is up in February of 2013, and we need someone to take over our lease starting at the beginning of September, 2012! THERE ARE OVER 50 PEOPLE ON THE WAIT LIST FOR THESE APARTMENTS, AND NORMALLY YOUR NAME WOULD GO TO THE BOTTOM. THE ONLY WAY AROUND THIS IS TO TAKE OVER A CURRENT TENANT'S LEASE. The apartment is a top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment that faces a field and trees. It has 11 foot vaulted ceilings, a beautiful balcony, comes with a washer and dryer, and all of the other wonderful features that The Fairways at Derby offers. Please go to the leasing office at The Fairways to request to see the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large model apartment that the leasing agents show to every potential tenant. They will also discuss amenities and be able to answer any questions you have about living at The Fairways. DO NOT MENTION you are wanting to take over a current tenant's lease, and do not put a deposit down that day. If you put your deposit down before we sign lease transfer paperwork with you, your name will be put on the bottom of the wait list. Once your name is on the wait list, the leasing office will not allow you to take over a lease. After viewing the model, if you would like to ask us any questions or talk about taking over our lease, please email us your questions and contact information. From that point we can choose a time to meet at the leasing office and sign paperwork together. For our personal privacy we will not disclose our unit number until this time.
