The room for rent is large, with a large window overlooking downtown Lansing and a large closet. I currently have a queen sized bed, two large dressers, a television, a desk and desk chair, and a bedside table in the room, and there is still more than plenty space to walk around, or even for more furniture. The loft is extremely large and spacious, and has 2.5 bathrooms, 18 ft. ceilings, and new stainless steel appliances. It has a large living room with surround sound and a flat screen television, a study, a game room with a Foosball and pool table, a storage closet, and kitchen, half bath, and washer and dryer downstairs. The pictures speak for themselves - this is a very nice, and very large loft. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Rent is $425 a month, and parking directly behind the residence is available for $30 a month. Utilities average around $120 a person, and include DirectTV with all movie channels (as well as the NFL package, and MLB, NHL, and golf network), internet, BWL, and Consumers. Total monthly cost is right around $550. We are looking for either a male or female roommate. This loft is perfect for any need - there are places to relax, study, and socialize, and the current tenants are all personable, accommodating, and courteous.
