Looking for room to rent long term in Daytona, ormond beach, Flagler beach or palm coast. I need to put this in the beginning because of last time. Please DO NOT contact me if you want ANYTHING EXCEPT TO RENT A ROOM!! I 57yo female. I have a laid back personality and I m easy to get along with. Mostly keep to myself but also like to hang out with others. Clean and organized. Respectful of others properly and privacy. I ve been scammed once and had several others try and a friend of mine got scammed also so I m not looking to send money in advance. I m currently in Missouri and will be renting a car to get back to Florida and would greatly appreciate being able, if there s a deposit, to pay it the second month or split into a couple months because I m on a fixed income and/or willing to do cleaning if you need to help with deposit or rent.
