The old tenants also left their futon the year before. 2 minute walk to the pool, gym, and clubhouse. If you takeover my lease I will give you my extra 45in tv w a roku so u can use it in one of the living rooms or wherever. I have too move back home for financial reasons and really need this subleased soon as possible
