It's pristine, quiet, and perfect for families or young professionals looking for something peaceful and luxurious. 4) Staff- The staff and maintenance crew take care of any needs promptly and efficiently and very polite. 5) Neighbors- If you are a college kid looking to party, this complex is not for you. By 10pm, you can hear the grasshoppers outside it's so quiet. 6) PET FRIENDLY- even has a pet station for grooming and wash. ***Sunset Picture was taken from my porch. It has the best view in the entire complex facing the pool and gym***
