Street parking. No smoking (inside), hard drugs, drama, or pets. Owner has 2 cats. Located in Southern Temecula and uses the Southern-most off ramp (Temecula Pkwy) off the 15 FWY. Easy access to San Diego or Camp Pendleton. Convenient location near bus lines, food and shopping, the 15 FWY, and approximately 10-15 minutes to Temecula Wine Country, Promenade Mall, or to Temecula s Old Town with countless restaurants, taverns, dancing/music venues, and events (Rod Run, Xmas parade, and ye olde famous shootout to mention a few). There is a variety of fast food within walking distance (4-5 blocks) of the house. Vail Ranch Park is about 1 block away. Red Hawk Pkwy/ Vail Ranch Road goes in a circle creating a 3.3 mile walking/running path with paved sidewalks and views of the scenic Red Hawk Golf Course. There are several smaller scenic walk paths created by the City near the park as well. I will remove this add when the room is no longer available.
