The Space The apartment is a great size. Currently 2 people live here, each of whom has their own bedroom and bathroom. I am subletting bedroom A. I am not sure yet whether my suitemate will be here this summer, but if she is, she's absolutely wonderful! My room has a full size bed which is very comfortable. Our apartment has wood floors in the kitchen and living room and carpet in the bedroom. It is very beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the city. You can see the state capital and much more! Guest Access The apartment comes with a full kitchen and living room that is furnished with a couch, a soft chair, and two coffee tables. There is a balcony that overlooks Lake Mendota and the Chazen Museum (facing towards University Avenue). Our view is breathtaking! There is a laundry room on each floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. There is also a rooftop space and a patio on the 4th floor that is open to all guests. The Neighborhood I love the location. There is a grocery store located in the building. State Street is about 2-3 minutes away. Also located in the building are Walgreens (open 24 hours), CYC Fitness, Inner Fire Yoga, 24 Hour Fitness, Buffalo Wild Wings, a bike shop, a coffee shop, and much more! It is the best place to live in all of downtown Madison! Getting around Lucky is very centrally located. One can get on many busses across the street on University Avenue. Students have free bus passes and local resident passes are pretty reasonable. Taxis and Lyft drivers can also pick up on Lake Street alongside the Fresh Madison Market.
