I am a senior, my daughter and her daughter also live with me. My granddaughter is 2. We have 3 very friendly dogs and 3 cats. 2 of the cats you will never see because they dont like leaving my bedroom. 2 of the dogs have been trained as services dogs for my daughter, who is disabled. I am looking for a friendly, respectable, and happy tenant who loves to be a part of our home. The kitchen is available to cook in. The larger private bathroom has a microwave and toaster over and a small fridge. The other two rooms can have small fridge and microwave added to them.
